I m&#039;alegra compartir aquesta fotografia on un dels participants fa en directe una formaci\u00f3 a l&#039;equip.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Quines s\u00f3n les etapes per assegurar-nos bons resultats?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Dues etapes que es complementen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">A la primera etapa, FORMACI\u00d3, ens basem en 4 fases:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333333;\"><em><strong>1a Fase<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Planificaci\u00f3:<\/strong> \u00e9s la clau de l\u00e8xit. Com assegurem que complirem els objectius de la formaci\u00f3? Per descomptat, el primer pas \u00e9s definir els objectius SMART adequats al p\u00fablic espec\u00edfic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s crucial con\u00e8ixer a qui impartirem la formaci\u00f3, els seus interessos, el seu hist\u00f2ric, les seves expectatives. Aix\u00f2 ens ajudar\u00e0 a personalitzar les nostres sessions, creant un clima daprenentatge on cada persona se senti \u00fanica i motivada al canvi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">En aquesta fase tamb\u00e9 cal ser conscient de les metodologies que utilitzarem. Com sabem, els m\u00e8todes interactius s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s efectius perqu\u00e8 el focus \u00e9s a l&#039;alumne. Per aix\u00f2, sempre aplico la llei de Pareto en les meves formacions: 20% teoria (m\u00e8todes expositiu i demostratiu) i 80% pr\u00e0ctica (m\u00e8todes interrogatiu i col\u00b7laboratiu)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333333;\"><em>2a Fase<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Disseny:<\/strong> \u00e9s el moment de donar forma als continguts, crear les din\u00e0miques i exercicis que refor\u00e7aran all\u00f2 que s&#039;ha apr\u00e8s. Com aconseguim mantenir els nostres alumnes implicats i compromesos? Quines eines digitals puc introduir per practicar en directe tot all\u00f2 compartit? Com impulso les idees dels participants per enriquir la sessi\u00f3?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333333;\"><em>3a Fase<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Impartici\u00f3:<\/strong> \u00c9s veritat que els formadors som avaluats en aquesta fase ia priori, sembla la fase m\u00e9s decisiva i desafiadora. Per part meva, dir-vos que quan he planificat i dissenyat a consci\u00e8ncia una formaci\u00f3, em sento tranquil\u00b7la i emocionada davant la impartici\u00f3. Perqu\u00e8 vull comprovar com puc encomanar el meu entusiasme per millorar tots els participants, perqu\u00e8 vull que ho gaudeixin i per descomptat, vull aportar-los valor i ajudar-los a cr\u00e9ixer professionalment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">A m\u00e9s, sempre aprenc molt\u00edssim de tots a les sessions. Moments de gran aprenentatge i gratificaci\u00f3!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333333;\"><em>4a Fase<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Sembla que quan arriba el final de la formaci\u00f3, ja no ens queda temps per fer l&#039;avaluaci\u00f3, oi? Doncs tinc bones not\u00edcies, l&#039;avaluaci\u00f3 no s&#039;hauria de fer al final, sin\u00f3 al llarg de les sessions. S\u00ed! Per confirmar que estic comunicant b\u00e9 al meu p\u00fablic, que els aprenentatges s\u00f3n interioritzats i que es comencen a aplicar correctament. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">A mesura que transcorre la sessi\u00f3, les din\u00e0miques i les interaccions s\u00f3n \u201cminiavaluacions\u201d on puc fer balan\u00e7, despr\u00e9s de cada tema, de com s&#039;han interpretat els missatges i com estic responent a les necessitats dels participants. Per descomptat, tamb\u00e9 recomano una avaluaci\u00f3 final, que inclogui els 3 primers nivells de Kirpatrick: satisfacci\u00f3, aprenentatge i comportament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">I a la segona etapa, ens centrem en el MENTORING.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">En aquest moment, podrem completar el 4t nivell d&#039;avaluaci\u00f3 de Kirpatrick, amb una valoraci\u00f3 qualitativa i quantitativa dels resultats obtinguts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Un cop a l&#039;empresa, l&#039;acompanyament de cada persona ens garanteix el compliment total dels objectius: transferir tot all\u00f2 apr\u00e8s al lloc de treball i guanyar seguretat en el nostre rol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Recomanem una sessi\u00f3 setmanal de 30 minuts, on el mentor i el menti seguiran el seu Pla de Mentoring, en base al pla d&#039;acci\u00f3 definit despr\u00e9s de finalitzar la formaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Aquest cam\u00ed, format per aquestes dues etapes, Formaci\u00f3 i Mentoring, \u00e9s un cam\u00ed apassionant per a tot l&#039;equip, ja que a mesura que anem avan\u00e7ant guanyem benestar i productivitat en paral\u00b7lel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Us animo a iniciar el cam\u00ed ia gaudir-ne!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfEres formador interno? \u00bfMentorizas a tu equipo tras las formaciones?
