Les persones que estan realment enfocades a la millora ho comuniquen amb la seva actitud, amb la mirada, amb la proactivitat, i no nom\u00e9s amb les paraules. De tu dep\u00e8n seleccionar qui est\u00e0 realment preparat per al mentoring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>En qu\u00e8 ens podem enfocar en un mentoring?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Qualsevol \u00e0rea laboral \u00e9s susceptible de ser mentoritzada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Basant-me en la meva experi\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s recent, els professionals necessitem aprendre a relacionar-nos millor a 3 \u00e0rees:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Com em relaciono amb mi mateix: autoexig\u00e8ncia, perfeccionisme, responsabilitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Com em relaciono amb els altres: lideratge dequips, resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes, atenci\u00f3 al client.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Com em relaciono amb el meu entorn: amb la meva empresa, amb el meu dia a dia, amb la incertesa. Planificaci\u00f3, presa de decisions, seguiment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Per on comencem?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Una hora a la setmana, amb un objectiu personalitzat, aplicat a tres situacions laborals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Per qu\u00e8 un sol objectiu?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Per posar focus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Per a qu\u00e8 3 situacions laborals?<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Per comprovar que el nostre objectiu aplica a diferents contextos i confirmar que val la pena dedicar el nostre temps a millorar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Per practicar, practicar i practicar fins que guanyem seguretat i poder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Per transferir laprenentatge adquirit a tots els reptes professionals que trobem di\u00e0riament i seguir creixent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">El mentoring que funciona \u00e9s un mentoring planificat, amb drets i obligacions entre el menti i el mentor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u00c9s un comprom\u00eds d&#039;equip, un acord en qu\u00e8 les dues parts comuniquen, negocien i, sobretot, gaudeixen dels resultats!!<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Feliz de trabajar el mentoring con personas que creen en la mejora continua.
