Per tant, avui prioritzar\u00e9 la Comunicaci\u00f3 Virtual <em>Emocional<\/em>: sintonitzar, generar confian\u00e7a, guanyar credibilitat\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">A les meves formacions de comunicaci\u00f3 ia les meves formacions de negociaci\u00f3 hi ha un punt en com\u00fa: la import\u00e0ncia que totes les parts guanyin! Una negociaci\u00f3 del segle XXI no ha de ser impositiva, ha d&#039;estar enfocada al \u201c<em>WIN WIN<\/em>\u201d, en Guanyar-Guanyar, a cuidar les relacions a llarg termini, a escoltar ia respectar, a dialogar, a arribar a un acord de benefici mutu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>I com plantejo jo la Comunicaci\u00f3 Virtual actualment?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Com un di\u00e0leg emp\u00e0tic i respectu\u00f3s, on les dues parts entenen les difer\u00e8ncies tecnol\u00f2giques dels participants i les inquietuds actuals que vivim. La situaci\u00f3 social, sanit\u00e0ria, econ\u00f2mica i sobretot, emocional que TOTS estem vivint ha d&#039;impulsar-nos a Comunicar-nos amb m\u00e9s consci\u00e8ncia i respecte a la difer\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Per aix\u00f2, permeteu-me destacar els 5 elements indispensables en tota Comunicaci\u00f3 Virtual, utilitzant la met\u00e0fora de la NEGOCIACI\u00d3 INVISIBLE:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080; font-size: 14pt;\">Escoltar conscientment, sense prejutjar i sense interrompre.
