{"id":3290,"date":"2020-04-26T19:33:36","date_gmt":"2020-04-26T18:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/midnightblue-snail-644681.hostingersite.com\/?p=1634"},"modified":"2020-04-26T19:33:36","modified_gmt":"2020-04-26T18:33:36","slug":"aprenent-a-ser-millors-professors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mariamunozroca.com\/ca\/aprenent-a-ser-millors-professors\/","title":{"rendered":"APRENENT A SER MILLORS PROFESSORS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Aquests dies estan sent una magn\u00edfica oportunitat per reflexionar i aprendre a ser millors professors.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Em ve molt de gust compartir la meva experi\u00e8ncia d&#039;aquest passat dimecres 22 amb T\u00c0NDEM Professors, consultora educacional, una empresa innovadora formada per un equip de magn\u00edfiques Professionals que milloren la doc\u00e8ncia a Xile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com va comen\u00e7ar tot?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">El dilluns 13 d&#039;abril T\u00e0ndem professors em va proposar un nou Repte: entrevistar-me davant d&#039;un col\u00b7lectiu de professors de Xile interessats a aportar m\u00e9s valor als seus alumnes. Va ser una proposta de la meva sorprenent alumna de la UAB, Marita Correa, que ha tornat a Xile natal despr\u00e9s de realitzar a Barcelona el M\u00e0ster de Psicocreativitat, que ens va donar l&#039;oportunitat de con\u00e8ixer-nos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Per descomptat vaig acceptar el Repte, em vaig preparar i ens vam connectar per Zoom a les 17.00h (hora espanyola), 11.00h (hora xilena)!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Ens reunim al nostre Caf\u00e8 Virtual 60 professors de diferents \u00e0rees, per q\u00fcestionar-nos <strong>com aportar valor als nostres alumnes en aquesta situaci\u00f3 que vivim a nivell mundial.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Aquest retrobament virtual va ser possible gr\u00e0cies a la tecnologia del segle XXI i al confinament\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Quines van ser les preguntes de l?entrevista?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">En una hora d&#039;entrevista, la Marita em va plantejar les preguntes seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com hem de plantejar el proc\u00e9s d&#039;ensenyament i aprenentatge atesa la conting\u00e8ncia?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Qu\u00e8 ens aporta aquest any i qu\u00e8 podem guanyar\/aprendre?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com liderar els alumnes a trav\u00e9s de la Comunicaci\u00f3 virtual i en l\u00ednia?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com fer que el nostre p\u00fablic, els alumnes, se sentin m\u00e9s importants?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Qu\u00e8 dir i qu\u00e8 no dir als nostres alumnes?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com aconseguir dinamisme a les classes virtuals?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com continuar motivant l&#039;alumne?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com veieu, van ser preguntes encaminades a impulsar l&#039;alumne ia acompanyar-lo en tot moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>I quines van ser les respostes i conclusions?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Amb el suport de tots els participants, ja que vam fer una entrevista \u201cmulti-interativa\u201d, vam apuntar les conclusions seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">1.L&#039;any actual ens ofereix grans oportunitats per enriquir els nostres alumnes. \u00c9s un any diferent on l&#039;aprenentatge va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les assignatures curriculars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2. Hem de treballar i enriquir els alumnes amb les 6 C&#039;s del Confinament:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2.1. <strong>Cr\u00e9ixer<\/strong>. Ajudar-los a afrontar noves situacions i gestionar la incertesa els ajudar\u00e0 a cr\u00e9ixer ara i en el futur, personalment i acad\u00e8micament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2.2.<strong>Col\u00b7laborar<\/strong>. Ara m\u00e9s que mai tots ens hem d&#039;unir per col\u00b7laborar: professors, alumnes, pares i institucions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2.3. <strong>Compartir<\/strong>. Els pa\u00efsos estan afrontant aquesta crisi compartint les seves experi\u00e8ncies, coneixements i recursos. Al sector de l&#039;educaci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 hem de compartir les nostres idees, les nostres propostes i la nostra creativitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2.4. <strong>Comunicar<\/strong>. El segle XXI ens ofereix nombrosos canals de comunicaci\u00f3 que ens apropen al nostre p\u00fablic sense sortir de casa: videoconfer\u00e8ncia, xarxes socials, grups whatsapp\u2026 Escollim emp\u00e0ticament el millor canal per estar en sintonia amb els nostres alumnes en base al seu perfil, adaptem-nos a les seves necessitats i n&#039;aprenguem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2.5. <strong>Con\u00e9ixer<\/strong>. \u00c9s una etapa de m\u00e9s autoconeixement, de ser conscients de com afrontem les noves situacions i de coneixement personal, social i cultural. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2.6. <strong>Confiar<\/strong>. A nivell educatiu hem de generar confian\u00e7a demostrant amb el nostre exemple com gestionar la incertesa, planificar, buscar solucions i executar-les. I tamb\u00e9 confiar m\u00e9s en la gent que tenim al voltant. Els professors haurem d&#039;actuar de manera proactiva, aportant valor cada dia als nostres alumnes. Form un equip amb els alumnes! \u00c9s el moment de veure&#039;ns les cares, escoltar-nos m\u00e9s, mostrar, preguntar i generar debat. Necessitem veure la gent, somriure&#039;ls, expressar-nos al m\u00e0xim. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">4. Adaptar-nos a les noves necessitats dels nostres alumnes \u00e9s la clau. Ells en s\u00f3n els protagonistes. Escoltem les seves opinions, inquietuds i siguem flexibles. \u00c9s un moment d&#039;empatia de 360 graus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">5. Ara cal prioritzar coneixements que siguin \u00fatils per afrontar la situaci\u00f3 actual, que els servir\u00e0 per al present i, sobretot, per al futur. Refresquem i actualitzem els continguts de les nostres assignatures cada any per motivar-nos a nosaltres mateixos i per mostrar la nostra vocaci\u00f3 de servei als nostres alumnes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">6. \u00c9s el moment de potenciar la interacci\u00f3, preguntar-los qu\u00e8 necessiten, qu\u00e8 opinen, qu\u00e8 proposen i sobretot, escoltar-los, perqu\u00e8 signa volent aprendre. A les classes virtuals, utilitzem les icones d&#039;interacci\u00f3, animem els alumnes a connectar les c\u00e0meres i permetem que comparteixin les seves experi\u00e8ncies. Evitem les classes unidireccionals i fomentem el di\u00e0leg. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">7. Els alumnes tenen il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 per tornar a les classes presencials. Quan arribi el moment estaran m\u00e9s motivats que mai per anar a les escoles. Ara tamb\u00e9 hem d&#039;\u00abencendre\u00bb aquesta motivaci\u00f3 potenciant el vincle emocional i ajudant-los a entendre la situaci\u00f3 present, aportant-los confian\u00e7a i tranquil\u00b7litat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Recordem valorar les persones amb qui vivim, valorar el nostre entorn i valorar-nos a nosaltres mateixos. \u00c9s la millor manera de ser motivats i treballar per a una educaci\u00f3 millor, m\u00e9s flexible i oberta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Gr\u00e0cies @Tandemprofessors.
