A comprovar que all\u00f2 apr\u00e8s s&#039;est\u00e0 aplicant per augmentar la productivitat i el benestar dels nostres equips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">3 REQUISITS DE LA FORMACI\u00d3 DEL SEGLE XXI<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">1. <strong>Focus a les persones.<\/strong> El participant n&#039;\u00e9s el protagonista. Hem de prioritzar APRENDRE VERSUS ENSENYAR.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com podem aportar valor als nostres participants? Haurem d&#039;haver investigat pr\u00e8viament les vostres necessitats espec\u00edfiques a nivell col\u00b7lectiu i, idealment, a nivell individual (quan sigui possible).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Sempre m&#039;agrada explicar a les meves classes que tinc un GUI\u00d3 FLEXIBLE, molt FLEXIBLE. Perqu\u00e8 seran els alumnes els qui m&#039;indicaran on posar l&#039;\u00e8mfasi, quines pr\u00e0ctiques potenciar i quins continguts refrescar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2. <strong>Interacci\u00f3 i aplicabilitat.<\/strong> Tot ha de ser \u00fatil!!! La teoria \u00e9s a Internet ia les xarxes socials, que ens informen de forma actualitzada sobre els \u00faltims aven\u00e7os en cada tema. Quin sentit t\u00e9 una classe magistral basada en coneixements objectius? Cap!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Els continguts de les nostres formacions han d&#039;adaptar la teoria a la realitat del participant i sobretot treballar l&#039;aplicabilitat i demostrar que la seva posada en pr\u00e0ctica els garantir\u00e0 millors resultats professionals i personals. Per aix\u00f2, una vegada m\u00e9s, el participant i la seva realitat s\u00f3n els protagonistes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">El di\u00e0leg ha de ser constant. La interacci\u00f3 ha d&#039;estar en l\u00ednia amb la tecnologia digital vigent. Nombroses aplicacions com Kahoot, Mentimeter, Feedb\u00e0lia, Trello, Mindmeister, Slack\u2026 ens permetran dinamitzar i gamificar l&#039;aprenentatge.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">El formador del segle XXI potencia la memorabilitat dels coneixements compartits a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e0ctica. Ho va dir ja Edgard Dale amb la seva coneguda i cada cop m\u00e9s vigent, Teoria de l&#039;aprenentatge: recordem 75% del que fem\/practiquem (aprenentatge actiu) i nom\u00e9s el 5% del que escoltem (aprenentatge passiu). Les noves generacions escolten de manera m\u00e9s selectiva, s\u00f3n m\u00e9s actius i m\u00e9s impacients. I tots en general som m\u00e9s exigents, estem envoltats de multitud d\u00b4est\u00edmuls i nom\u00e9s recordarem all\u00f2 que ens ha impactat emocionalment.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">L&#039;experi\u00e8ncia personal, la pr\u00e0ctica del que s&#039;ha apr\u00e8s \u00e9s emocional, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s m\u00e9s efica\u00e7, m\u00e9s productiva i m\u00e9s rendible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">3. <strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 continuada durant la formaci\u00f3 i Seguiment individual despr\u00e9s.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Els cursos presencials i on-line ens serveixen per a:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">a) Ser conscients del que ja estem fent b\u00e9, per tal de continuar potenciant els nostres punts forts.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">b) Definir els nostres objectius de millora. Objectius personalitzats, diferents per a cada persona perqu\u00e8 la seva realitat laboral \u00e9s diferent.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">A les meves formacions sempre impulso els participants a realitzar el seu Pla d&#039;Acci\u00f3 de Millora. I aquest pla ha de ser refor\u00e7at amb el Feedback del formador despr\u00e9s de 3 setmanes de pr\u00e0ctica.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Tots sabem que necessitem com a m\u00ednim practicar 21 dies per generar un h\u00e0bit, per desaprendre i reaprendre. En una paraula, per millorar. \u00c9s en aquest moment, un cop interioritzats els coneixements i un cop demostrada la seva efectivitat, quan podem comprovar la rendibilitat de la formaci\u00f3. \u00c9s ara quan ens sentim satisfets i quan l&#039;esfor\u00e7 realitzat t\u00e9 sentit.
