I compartir-los amb la meva gent \u00e9s una manera d&#039;inspirar i motivar l&#039;acci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Per aix\u00f2 compartir\u00e9 els meus 3 desitjos\/objectius per a l&#039;any 2020:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">1- <strong>A nivell Familiar:<\/strong> empatitzar m\u00e9s amb les meves dues filles adolescents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Per qu\u00e8? Per entendre millor el m\u00f3n interior i exterior. Per identificar <\/span><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">i reflexionar sobre les necessitats espec\u00edfiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com ho far\u00e9? Un cop al dia parar\u00e9 per millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 amb elles. Una comunicaci\u00f3 conscient i tranquil\u00b7la. Una comunicaci\u00f3 que vagi m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les paraules, que aprofundeixi a nivell emocional i sigui satisfact\u00f2ria per a totes dues parts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">2- <strong>A nivell Professional:<\/strong> Comen\u00e7ar el meu llibre \u201cCONFER\u00c8NCIES INTERACTIVES\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Per qu\u00e8? En escriure aquest <\/span><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">nou llibre, m&#039;obligar\u00e9 a investigar sobre com millorar. Em sento molt b\u00e9 quan estic conversant amb el p\u00fablic, quan comparteixo les meves experi\u00e8ncies i quan resolc les preguntes que em plantegen a les confer\u00e8ncies. Per tant, escriure-hi m&#039;ajudar\u00e0 a dominar millor les situacions inesperades. Seguir\u00e9 aprenent i enriquint-me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com ho far\u00e9? <\/span><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com que \u00e9s una tasca a mitj\u00e0 termini, em comprometo a dedicar 5 hores setmanals al llibre, entre recerca, planificaci\u00f3 i escriptura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">3- <strong>A nivell personal:<\/strong> Tornar a jugar a p\u00e0del 1 cop per setmana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Per qu\u00e8? per netejar la meva ment, estar en forma i gaudir amb la meva gent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Com ho far\u00e9? <\/span><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Apuntant-me primer a algunes classes per refrescar i guanyar confian\u00e7a. Quan tingui un nivell m\u00ednim, estar\u00e9 preparada per gaudir dels partits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Aquests s\u00f3n els meus tres prop\u00f2sits per al nou any! <\/span><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Tres objectius que em donen energia i em motiven.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366; font-size: 14pt;\">Recordeu que hem de combinar diferents \u00e0rees de la nostra vida.
