Si fem una llista, segur que som capa\u00e7os de fer correctament un m\u00ednim del 80% d&#039;aquestes tasques. I, com a mitjana, haurem de corregir\/aprendre\/millorar un 20% de les tasques que realitzem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Per aix\u00f2, t\u00e9 molt sentit que donem reconeixement primer del que es fa b\u00e9 i despr\u00e9s, nom\u00e9s despr\u00e9s, ens podem enfocar, amb molt de respecte, en all\u00f2 que no veiem apropiat. L&#039;autoestima de la persona que rep el Feedback &quot;2+1&quot; es veu refor\u00e7ada per les paraules positives i est\u00e0 millor predisposada a escoltar activament els punts de millora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Quan ressaltem el doble de coses positives que de millora, estem donant valor al nostre company\/col\u00b7laborador i senzillament, preparant el cam\u00ed perqu\u00e8 vulgui atendre els nostres suggeriments de millora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Per aix\u00f2, un bon L\u00edder sempre observa primer el seu equip per definir quins punts forts t\u00e9 i sempre, en segon lloc, pren nota dels punts de millora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Tots volem millorar<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">En els meus 16 anys com a Formadora, he comprovat que hi ha molt de talent amagat. Moltes persones no s\u00f3n conscients de qu\u00e8 fan b\u00e9, no saben els seus Punts Forts perqu\u00e8 nom\u00e9s escolten all\u00f2 que fan \u201cmalament\u201d. Tots, absolutament tots, volem millorar, encara que sigui inconscient.
