Dirigir-s&#039;hi prestant atenci\u00f3 a les seves emocions \u00e9s fonamental i garanteix que els pacients se sentin m\u00e9s compromesos en el tractament que cal seguir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Molts professionals de la medicina estan conven\u00e7uts que els pacients es curen millor quan hi estableixes un vincle emocional i els parles amb actitud positiva. S&#039;estan fent estudis en aquest sentit per avalar aquesta afirmaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de con\u00e8ixer qu\u00e8 fer per afrontar amb \u00e8xit la salut del pacient, tamb\u00e9 parlem a Val\u00e8ncia de com afrontar amb \u00e8xit la comunicaci\u00f3 amb el pacient, amb les fam\u00edlies, entre companys i amb el p\u00fablic en general.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993366;\">3 passos imprescindibles per a la Comunicaci\u00f3 a l&#039;\u00e0rea sanit\u00e0ria:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">1- <em>Actitud perqu\u00e8 el nostre pacient confi\u00ef en nosaltres<\/em> i percebi que les nostres paraules estan orientades a ajudar-lo ia fer-lo sentir millor. La nostra actitud ha de reunir 7 caracter\u00edstiques:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Positivisme, Empatia, Humilitat, Respecte, Creativitat, Seguretat i Di\u00e0leg. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">2- <em>Coneixement previ del nostre interlocutor, del seu entorn i del seu estat emocional.<\/em> El pacient \u00e9s el nostre \u00abclient\u00bb, ens hi hem de comunicar adaptant-nos a la seva manera de ser i pensar, sent conscients de qu\u00e8 necessita en cada moment i tenint com a objectiu aportar-li sempre valor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">3- <em>Creativitat:<\/em> La Flor Mental ens ajudar\u00e0 a estructurar el nostre missatge ia preparar-lo de manera creativa i espec\u00edfica. \u00c9s molt important limitar la informaci\u00f3, ressaltar 3 idees clau i utilitzar un llenguatge proper i comprensible.
