Aix\u00f2 no vol dir que estiguem en contra de l&#039;altra persona. Simplement no compartim els mateixos pensaments i volem que la nostra veu tamb\u00e9 sigui escoltada i respectada. En la majoria dels casos, ni tan sols volem conv\u00e8ncer ning\u00fa, simplement expressar-nos\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 l&#039;assertivitat sigui completa, per descomptat tamb\u00e9 haurem de respectar l&#039;altra persona, sense mostrar agressivitat en la nostra comunicaci\u00f3, verbal o no verbal. Gestionar el nostre llenguatge corporal i el nostre to de veu ser\u00e0 clau per establir una bona relaci\u00f3 amb el nostre interlocutor. L&#039;assertivitat consisteix precisament a respectar-nos de manera bidireccional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00f3c assertiu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ens han ensenyat des de petits a no al\u00e7ar la veu, a no ser agressius, a no interrompre les persones quan parlen\u2026 en canvi, moltes vegades, gaireb\u00e9 de forma subconscient, permetem que siguin els altres els que incompleixin aquestes \u201cregles\u201d i ens deixem \u201cacovardir\u201d pels altres, potser perqu\u00e8 tenen una jerarquia superior a la nostra o perqu\u00e8 senzillament ens sentim inferiors a ells.<\/p>\n<p>Sempre dic en les meves formacions, que l&#039;assertivitat \u00e9s un repte continu a la nostra comunicaci\u00f3. Quan opinem diferent, el mer fet de manifestar-ho ens d\u00f3na dignitat, ens situa al mateix nivell que l&#039;altra persona, sempre que ho expressem amb empatia, sense ferir sentiments. Quan a m\u00e9s, volem influir en l&#039;altra persona per canviar la seva opini\u00f3, en aquell moment comen\u00e7a el joc de la Comunicaci\u00f3, on aplicarem totes les t\u00e8cniques al nostre abast per \u201cseduir\u201d, conv\u00e8ncer i argumentar el perqu\u00e8 de la nostra visi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penalitzem l&#039;assertivitat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cEl teu poder personal determina la teva assertivitat. Afortunadament, cada cop m\u00e9s empreses estan obertes al di\u00e0leg i cada cop m\u00e9s directius i l\u00edders escolten la seva gent i els conviden a expressar les seves idees ia defensar les seves opinions i discrep\u00e0ncies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3 respectuosa bidireccional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;assertivitat implica mostrar respecte envers el nostre interlocutor i mostrar respecte envers nosaltres mateixos quan ens comuniquem.
