M&#039;automotiu pensant en tot el que aprendr\u00e9 dels participants i en com necessito crear un entorn de confian\u00e7a i seguretat perqu\u00e8 tots estiguem c\u00f2modes i disposats a compartir una mica de les nostres vides professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb l&#039;equip UPCnet em vaig sentir c\u00f2moda des del primer moment. Persones molt respectuoses, \u00e0gils mentalment, r\u00e0pides en acci\u00f3. I, com he dit a l&#039;inici, atrevides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;atreviment t\u00e9 relaci\u00f3 amb la negociaci\u00f3, l&#039;assertivitat i la influ\u00e8ncia?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per descomptat que s\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ATREVIMENT per augmentar la nostra Influ\u00e8ncia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ATREVIMENT per aplicar l&#039;assertivitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ATREVIMENT per Negociar col\u00b7laborativament<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Em pregunto quin \u00e9s el vostre nivell d&#039;atreviment de l&#039;1 al 10. En general, jo em puntuo amb un 8 a nivell professional. \u00c9s un atreviment positiu, enfocat a avan\u00e7ar, a cr\u00e9ixer ia fer cr\u00e9ixer. \u00c9s un atreviment , la f\u00f3rmula del qual est\u00e0 composta de 4 variables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actitud Retadora, perqu\u00e8 sempre els meus participants puguin fer un pas m\u00e9s i superin les seves pr\u00f2pies expectatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspiraci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 gaudeixin de sortir de la seva zona de confort. I jo em poso sempre com a exemple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivaci\u00f3, per canviar all\u00f2 que no els satisf\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptaci\u00f3 de l&#039;error, perqu\u00e8 perdin les pors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, l&#039;ATREVIMENT \u00e9s el punt d&#039;uni\u00f3 entre influ\u00e8ncia, assertivitat i negociaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 beneficis de ser atrevits professionalment<\/strong> (i connectar NEGOCIACI\u00d3, ASSERTIVITAT I INFLU\u00c8NCIA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>\ud83e\udd1d <strong>Millorem les nostres relacions laborals<\/strong>: Fomentem la confian\u00e7a i el respecte mutu, en atrevir-nos a expressar respectuosament les nostres opinions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\ude80 <strong>Augmentem la productivitat<\/strong>: Perqu\u00e8 arribem m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament a acords efectius, on totes les parts gosen exposar les seves necessitats. No gosem i retardem les nostres decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd12 <strong>Limitaci\u00f3 del desenvolupament professional<\/strong>: No ens atrevim a preguntar, a opinar diferent, a q\u00fcestionar respectuosament una situaci\u00f3 i limitem el nostre creixement i les nostres oportunitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udd37 <strong>Desmotivaci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia i de les parts implicades<\/strong>: Som, de vegades, massa complaents perqu\u00e8 no gosem defensar els nostres arguments. I ens quedem insatisfets amb els resultats.
