Aquest r\u00e8cord ho van aconseguir el 26 de febrer de 2012 a North Highlands, Calif\u00f2rnia, John M. Collins i Joe Ayoob. El seu objectiu era la gesti\u00f3 del temps? Evidentment el seu objectiu era assolir la m\u00e0xima dist\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els nostres participants a la formaci\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=gesti%C3%B3n&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7257438539531886592\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GESTI\u00d3 DEL TEMPS I PRODUCTIVITAT <\/a>tenien com a repte que els seus avions volessin 4 metres. Els seus objectius eren molt diferents dels de Collins i Ayoob!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Qu\u00e8 observes en aquesta imatge?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">A) Estem aprenent gesti\u00f3 del temps \ud83d\udd70\ufe0f i estem gaudint de l&#039;aprenentatge \ud83d\ude0a<br>B) Estem motivats \ud83d\udcaa per millorar la nostra gesti\u00f3 del temps i per posar en marxa els nostres plans d&#039;acci\u00f3 \ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En aquesta din\u00e0mica gamificada \u2708\ufe0f, tots vam aprendre 10 coses crucials per a la gesti\u00f3 del temps:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- El temps vola \u23f3 Aprendre a ser realista. Quantes vegades hem previst invertir 3 hores en una tasca i el temps final s&#039;ha duplicat? L&#039;experi\u00e8ncia en gesti\u00f3 del temps ens ajuda a calcular el temps necessari per a una tasca o un projecte. La nostra recomanaci\u00f3 \u00e9s treballar un mapa de productivitat per a la nostra gesti\u00f3 del temps: analitzar quant de temps necessitem per a les tasques quotidianes i afegir un 10% m\u00e9s del temps, per guanyar benestar. Si acabem abans la tasca, fant\u00e0stic! La gesti\u00f3 del temps es millora amb un mapa de productivitat diari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Assertivitat amb l&#039;equip: Per qu\u00e8 no demanar m\u00e9s temps pel nostre projecte, si ho necessitem? \ud83d\udde3\ufe0fEn m\u00faltiples ocasions ens encomanen una tasca amb una data l\u00edmit. La persona que ens ha indicat el termini d&#039;execuci\u00f3 (deadline) no \u00e9s conscient de tots els passos necessaris per culminar la tasca ni de totes les persones implicades en aquest projecte. Si acceptem aquest termini, ens estem comprometent a complir-lo. Si no estem segurs que sigui prou temps, demanem temps per a reflexi\u00f3 i confirmem l&#039;endem\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- No comprometre&#039;ns amb coses impossibles \ud83d\udeab Sempre volem donar el m\u00e0xim i superar-nos. Amb molt bona intenci\u00f3, nosaltres mateixos ens fem les coses dif\u00edcils: puc treballar una hora m\u00e9s cada dia, el cap de setmana m&#039;emporto la feina a casa i ho acabo\u2026 I som els autogeneradors del nostre estr\u00e8s. Quan la productivitat va acompanyada de benestar, es multiplica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- Tenir sempre l&#039;objectiu SMART present: Quines s\u00f3n les nostres prioritats? \ud83c\udfaf SMART? 5 lletres que ens ajuden a definir al detall els nostres objectius. Una d&#039;elles, la T (Temps) \u00e9s, des del meu punt de vista, la m\u00e9s important. Concretar un temps dexecuci\u00f3 per a cada tasca ens porta a l\u00e8xit. Evita les expressions com: \u00abEt trucar\u00e9 m\u00e9s tard\u00bb, \u00abT&#039;ho envio com m\u00e9s aviat millor\u00bb, \u00ab\u00c9s urgent\u00bb, \u00abLa setmana que ve ho tindr\u00e0s\u00bb, \u00abHo far\u00e9 tan aviat com pugui\u00bb. Aquestes expressions imprecises ens perjudiquen perqu\u00e8 cada persona t\u00e9 al cap una data diferent i, per tant, concretar una data, un moment, ens afavoreix. A partir d&#039;ara: \u00abEt trucar\u00e9 a les 4 de la tarda\u00bb, T&#039;ho enviar\u00e9 dimarts que ve\u00bb\u2026 Vols provar i sorprendre&#039;t amb els resultats?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- Escoltar conscientment i repassar les instruccions \ud83d\udc42 \u00c9s suficient escoltar una vegada les indicacions d&#039;un projecte? Recomano llegir les instruccions, reformular-les fins a assegurar-ne la comprensi\u00f3 i compartir-les amb el nostre interlocutor. Necessitem 3 impactes per interioritzar b\u00e9 tota la informaci\u00f3 i fer-la \u00abnostra\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6- La import\u00e0ncia de la preparaci\u00f3 i de la planificaci\u00f3 \ud83d\udcddSens dubte, l&#039;equip de participants d&#039;aquesta formaci\u00f3 va disposar de 15 minuts de planificaci\u00f3 i preparaci\u00f3 per practicar, testejar, iterar i definir el proc\u00e9s correcte de disseny, fabricaci\u00f3 i llan\u00e7ament dels avions .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7- Compartir tasques i delegar \ud83e\udd1d Quantes persones formeu l&#039;equip de treball? Escollim un l\u00edder per a la Gesti\u00f3 del temps? Com distribu\u00efm totes les tasques?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8- Aprendre de l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia \ud83d\udd0d Aqu\u00ed voldr\u00edem remarcar que \u00e9s important aprendre de la pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia i de l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia dels altres. Quan parlem de gesti\u00f3 del temps, tots som importants. Validar la contribuci\u00f3 de les persones quan ens expliquen com gestionen el temps \u00e9s primordial. De tot aprenem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9- Actitud positiva per afrontar tots els reptes \ud83d\ude0a Ja em coneixeu, l&#039;Actitud ho \u00e9s tot.
