Com defensar les meves opinions des del respecte? Com influir sense imposar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En qualsevol organitzaci\u00f3, la negociaci\u00f3 interdepartamental \u00e9s clau per avan\u00e7ar de manera alineada.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels reptes m\u00e9s grans \u00e9s evitar caure en interessos individuals i posar al centre l&#039;objectiu corporatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan aix\u00f2 s&#039;aconsegueix, les decisions s\u00f3n m\u00e9s s\u00f2lides, sostenibles i generen un veritable impacte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com treballem les habilitats de negociaci\u00f3 per aconseguir-ho?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 \ud83e\udde0 Preparaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via: utilitzar la fitxa de planificaci\u00f3 permet estructurar la negociaci\u00f3, definir objectius clars, identificar l\u00edmits i anticipar possibles escenaris. Prioritzar un enfocament win-win facilita acords on totes les parts se sentin valorades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 \ud83e\udd1d Clima de confian\u00e7a: en negociar amb companys, \u00e9s fonamental generar un ambient proper i segur. Aix\u00f2 afavoreix lobertura, redueix tensions i promou solucions col\u00b7laboratives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 \ud83d\udcac Influ\u00e8ncia respectuosa: compartir les nostres necessitats i punts de vista des del respecte, sense imposar, permet construir acords m\u00e9s s\u00f2lids i duradors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\ufe0f\u20e3 \u2696\ufe0f Equilibri a les cessions: saber quan cedir i com demanar alguna cosa a canvi \u00e9s clau per mantenir l&#039;equilibri de poder i evitar relacions desequilibrades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6\ufe0f\u20e3 \ud83d\udcdc Comprom\u00eds i \u00e8tica: respectar els acords assolits refor\u00e7a la confian\u00e7a, la credibilitat i el treball en equip a llarg termini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prioritzar l&#039;objectiu global no vol dir deixar de banda interessos propis ni perdre capacitat d&#039;influ\u00e8ncia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Significa entendre que el veritable valor d&#039;una negociaci\u00f3 interna \u00e9s construir solucions que benefici\u00efn el conjunt de l&#039;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un canvi de mentalitat: passar del \u201cjo guanyo\/tu perds\u201d al \u201ccom aconseguim que aix\u00f2 funcioni millor per a tots\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan posem el focus en el resultat compartit, les decisions esdevenen m\u00e9s coherents, sostenibles i alineades amb l&#039;estrat\u00e8gia global. I, a m\u00e9s, enfortim una cosa clau: la confian\u00e7a entre equips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 no hem d&#039;oblidar que, a difer\u00e8ncia d&#039;altres negociacions, aqu\u00ed no s&#039;acaba tot amb un acord signat.
