This month of May I have had the opportunity to \u201creturn to the stage.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, I have felt like a bit of an artist, returning to \u201cstep on the in-person stage\u201d again, after many months of virtual training.<\/span><\/p>\n

My first in-person conference\/workshop of 2021 with BE THE NEXT at TECNOCAMPUS University.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Once again, I want to thank @EnricAyala, Co-Founder of BE THE NEXT for this \u201cgift\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

The BE THE NEXT organization encourages young people to prepare for the labor market, promoting "win-win" collaborations with companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

From here I want to congratulate you for your tireless work, your ideas and your projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Young enthusiasts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Together with students from ADE, LAW, COMMUNICATION, MARKETING... we have shared the 3 keys to ENJOY COMMUNICATION.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have learned, we have dialogued, we have enjoyed and above all we have enriched ourselves by refreshing the techniques that help us to be great communicators.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have enjoyed the 3 moments of this Conference:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The Before, The Preparation:<\/strong> Investigating the public to know their needs, designing the workshop to involve and impact them.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The During, The conference\/Workshop:<\/strong> interacting with them, listening to their concerns, savoring their experiences.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Afterwards, the beer with all the attendees:<\/strong> answering their specific questions and receiving their Feedback on how they interpret the shared concepts. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It has been very gratifying to share academic and professional experiences with these young university students and confirm, once again, that our young people are excited and eager to move forward, undertake and learn!!!<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
