In this new COVID stage, all trainers are developing new methodologies and new tools to enhance the learning of our students and participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

In previous articles, I have emphasized the importance of VIRTUAL TRAINING. As you know, virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex...) have already shown us that effective, committed and participatory training is possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today I want to share with all of you other training possibilities at the current time: ASYNCHRONOUS TRAINING THROUGH TRAINING VIDEOS, which allows the student to choose when they want to learn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Videos must meet 3 requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. BRIEFITY: communicate the \u201cessence\u201d,<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. RELEVANCE: the most important concepts for the student,<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. APPLICABILITY: how to practice what you learned immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    With these 3 requirements you will ensure that they are valuable videos for the student.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In this COVID stage I have been able to work with some of my clients on this training tool. For example, the KERNPHARMA campaign is made up of 3 10-minute videos with tips\/tips<\/em> to be a good Virtual Communicator, in the following areas:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Impact with the CAMERA<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Have a PROFESSIONAL VOICE<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Create a MEMORABLE MESSAGE<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The videos allow us to stay in touch with our students and participants in the virtual training. They also demonstrate the teacher's involvement in the student's continuous learning.<\/span><\/p>\n
