Why do companies prepare their managers to be Internal Trainers?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I find it very gratifying to teach the "Training of Trainers" course in companies because I am alongside colleagues who, like me, have the vocation to transfer their experience and knowledge, to help optimize business results.<\/span><\/p>\n

More and more Organizations are aware of the need to train their Managers to be effective when they adopt the figure of Internal Trainer or Mentor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nowadays, with the 21st century already consolidated, it is mandatory to apply the Methodologies and Technologies of our century to promote student learning. <\/span><\/p>\n

Being an expert in our area of work is the first step towards becoming Internal Trainers. I repeat, it is only the first step.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our participants come to the so-called \u201cTrain the Trainers\u201d course eager to learn how to Plan a Training, Interactive Gamification Systems and above all new Methodologies to capture the attention of the students and keep them \u201cawake\u201d and \u201cinvolved\u201d (the famous \u201cengagement<\/em>\u00ab).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Know our student beforehand to Personalize the Training as much as possible<\/strong>. It is proven that Training must be a Constant Dialogue with the Student. Meeting your expectations and needs are the focus of the Training. Gone are the one-way classes where the student was a mere listener\/spectator. Today our mission is to ensure that each student obtains the results and objectives set in each course.
