{"id":3390,"date":"2017-10-31T23:55:26","date_gmt":"2017-10-31T22:55:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/midnightblue-snail-644681.hostingersite.com\/?p=1152"},"modified":"2017-10-31T23:55:26","modified_gmt":"2017-10-31T22:55:26","slug":"what-is-negotiating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mariamunozroca.com\/en\/what-is-negotiating\/","title":{"rendered":"What is negotiating?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today I taught a 4-hour Negotiation class at the ESHOB University (Barcelona Higher School of Hospitality) to the 4th year Hotel Management students.<\/p>\n<p>I have made an effort to convey, as a main idea, that any negotiation must satisfy both parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Attitude is the Key Factor, the Deciding Factor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I ask my students to reflect on this\u2026 Of course, in every negotiation there is a \u201ccompetitive\u201d element and we should not give it up because it helps us reach better agreements.
