For me, the best conference of an afternoon full of learning and full of sensations, starring people who wanted to share their experiences with more than 500 people.<\/p>\n<p>Ivan Ostrowicz began his talk with a Creative Opening, involving us all and forcing us to participate from the first minute.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I learn<\/li>\n<li>You learn<\/li>\n<li>He learns<\/li>\n<li>All of us\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And there was a great silence.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>And we all answer: \u201cwe learn\u201d\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>No! We all forget!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-904 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP\/\/\/yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7\" data-src=\"http:\/\/mariamunozroca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Ivan-Ostrowicz_Mari\u0301a-Mun\u0303oz-Roca_TED-TALKS-71016-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" title=\"\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-904 lazyload\" src=\"http:\/\/mariamunozroca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Ivan-Ostrowicz_Mari\u0301a-Mun\u0303oz-Roca_TED-TALKS-71016-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" title=\"\"><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>Indeed, the global message that Ivan Ostrowicz transmitted to us is the need to personalize education and interact with the student to consolidate learning.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>It is not enough to teach, we must focus on helping people learn.<\/strong> And since each person is different and learns differently, the solution is to individualize learning as much as possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It is not enough to hear a new concept once to assimilate it.<\/strong> In the words of Ivan Ostrowicz, <em>\u201cAdaptive retention in memory<\/em> It is based on the spaced repetition of exercises that, automatically adapting to the student&#039;s rhythm, optimizes the retention and consolidation of knowledge and the development of skills.&quot; Repeating and reviewing the contents in consecutive moments multiplies by 3 the possibility of retaining the message.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It is not enough to listen to the teacher and see some slides with some messages<\/strong>. It is necessary to practice to develop that knowledge, internalize it and be able to apply it in the future. In the 21st century we have solutions, tools, new methodologies.
