I motivate myself by thinking about everything I am going to learn from the participants and how I need to create an environment of trust and security so that we are all comfortable and willing to share a little bit of our professional lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I felt comfortable with the UPCnet team from the first moment. Very respectful people, mentally agile, quick in action. And, as I said at the beginning, daring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is boldness related to Negotiation, Assertiveness and Influence?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DARE to increase our Influence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DARE to apply Assertiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DARE to negotiate collaboratively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I wonder what your level of daring is from 1 to 10. In general, I rate myself an 8 professionally. It is a positive daring, focused on moving forward, growing and making people grow. It is a dare, whose formula is composed of 4 variables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenging Attitude, so that my participants can always go one step further and exceed their own expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspiration, so you can enjoy getting out of your comfort zone. And I always use myself as an example.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivation, to change what does not satisfy them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance of error, so that they lose their fears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, DARE is the meeting point between Influence, Assertiveness and Negotiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 benefits of being professionally daring<\/strong> (and connect NEGOTIATION, ASSERTIVENESS AND INFLUENCE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>\ud83e\udd1d <strong>We improve our labor relations<\/strong>: We foster trust and mutual respect by daring to respectfully express our opinions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\ude80 <strong>We increase productivity<\/strong>: Because we reach effective agreements more quickly, where all parties dare to present their needs.
