A million thanks! \ud83d\udc96<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\ude80 <strong>The first step: Identify and confront<\/strong> Difficult Conversations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Difficult conversations must be carefully prepared in order to be successfully overcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are not conversations we have every day. They respond to very specific needs. Being alert to our surroundings is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the day with @Fundaci\u00f3n Ared and @Cambra de Barcelona:<br>\u2705 We explore different scripts to dialogue with <strong>respect and proactivity<\/strong>.<br>\u2705 We learned to <strong>avoid complaining<\/strong> and focus on finding solutions <strong>win-win<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Why is it so important to confront them?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcac When <strong>we go around a topic<\/strong>, we complicate it.<br>\ud83d\udcda When <strong>We provide too much information<\/strong>, we confuse.<br>\ud83d\udeaa When <strong>We avoid a difficult conversation<\/strong>, we are missing an opportunity for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Being brave and direct (with respect) is the key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd11 <strong>4 keys to resolving difficult conversations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Start on a positive note<\/strong> \ud83c\udf1f<br>Value your interlocutor&#039;s strengths. This creates trust and opens doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Get to the point<\/strong> \ud83e\udded<br>Explain clearly what you need. Be direct, but also empathetic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Always dialogue<\/strong> \ud83e\udd1d<br>Ask the other person for their opinion. Listening is just as important as talking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Agree<\/strong> \u2705<br>Find a solution that benefits both parties.
