Positive self-talk helps us recognize our capabilities and face challenges without fear of failure.<br><br>2\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>We reduce anxiety and stress<\/strong> \ud83e\uddd8\u200d\u2642\ufe0f<br>Replacing negative thoughts with constructive affirmations helps you stay calm, manage pressure better and face challenges with greater serenity. It lowers cortisol and increases dopamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>We increase resilience <\/strong>\ud83d\udd04<br>It allows us to face challenges with a learning and growth mindset. Instead of giving up, we find motivation to keep going and continually improve. Maintaining an optimistic mindset helps us to give our best, improve productivity, foster creativity and achieve our goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we foster positive internal dialogue, we are taking care of ourselves emotionally and we are also preparing ourselves to take care of our communication with others, beyond words.
