Where does each person fit in? What are their strengths? Who can we ask for help when we need it?

2\ufe0f\u20e3Personalize Customer Communication \ud83d\udde3\ufe0f \u2013 Beyond conveying a specific message, we manage emotions \u2764\ufe0f to positively influence. Telephone communication is our greatest challenge. Our professional voice is our most valuable tool.

3\ufe0f\u20e3 Exercising our role as Client Advisors \ud83d\udce2\ud83e\udd1d \u2013 Based on the Sandler method, nurturing the emotional connection with the client allows us to go a step further. Truly understanding the client's needs and applying proactivity to improve their business. Asking is key. Listening is our priority. Interpreting, diagnosing. Our experience in the sales world allows us to open doors for clients in terms of audience segmentation.

4\ufe0f\u20e3 Results-oriented \ud83c\udfaf \u2013 Set clear goals, based on the customer's pain points. How can we keep moving forward? Look for win-win solutions together with the customer to strengthen our relationship and continue building loyalty.
