I am very excited to share with all of you that I have taken on the role of Vice President of Education (VPE)<\/strong> in Maresme Toastmasters<\/strong>.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n


<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\ude4f I am deeply grateful to all the members of the Maresme Toastmasters club for trusting me with this position.
It's a true honor to be part of this team, where each person contributes their energy, talent, and commitment to continue growing together.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As VPE of Maresme Toastmasters, my main mission will be to support each member in their path of personal and communicative development<\/strong>At Toastmasters, learning is practical, ongoing, and personalized, and in this role, I have the privilege of supporting and facilitating that process.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udca1 These are the 10 main functions<\/strong> that I will perform:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcc5 1. Planning the agendas<\/strong> meetings and assign roles equitably, helping each person take initiative and have the opportunity to take on new challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f 2. Advise members<\/strong> to advance their communication and leadership projects, following their "educational journeys." The international platform offers us a multitude of paths to grow as speakers and improve our communication and influence with the public every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83d\udcdd 3. Follow up on speeches, evaluations and individual progress<\/strong>Motivating all members means accompanying them in their most difficult moments and giving them recognition for all <\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83d\udc65 4. Connecting mentors and mentees<\/strong>, creating relationships of mutual growth. We held an initial welcome session called "Onboarding," where we navigated our two Toastmasters platforms, assigned a mentor to each new member, and guided them through their first public speech, the "Icebreaker."<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83d\udd01 5. Ensure role rotation<\/strong>, so everyone can practice different skills. We practice public speaking in every speech and in every role we take on: Identifying filler words (Ah Counter), maintaining grammar (Grammarian), and keeping time (Timekeeper) are three essential roles for improvement. As evaluators, we also develop critical thinking and the ability to reinforce each member, analyzing their strengths and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83c\udfaf 6. Promote active participation<\/strong> in the Toastmasters Pathways program. On this platform, we begin with Presentation Mastery, comprised of five learning levels. Each level is a challenge for each member, an opportunity for enjoyment and improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83d\udcc8 7. Record and report educational achievements<\/strong> to the club and Toastmasters International. Our club also needs challenges, and together we all want to help it grow. Because when the club grows, we all grow. Our club, Maresme Toastmasters, was founded 2.5 years ago. It's a young club that has already earned important recognitions. We feel very proud as a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83e\udd1d 8. Collaborate with the rest of the executive committee<\/strong> To align strategic objectives. Our Maresme Toastmasters Club also needs challenges, and together we all want to help it grow. Because when the Club grows, we all grow. As Vice President of Education, I share my concerns and present my proposals for further progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83d\udcda 9. Propose workshops, contests and special sessions<\/strong> that enrich the club's experience. New ideas are always welcome. Creativity is a requirement to propel us into the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\ud83c\udf1f 10. Foster a positive and supportive environment<\/strong>, where learning is motivating and fun. Maresme Toastmasters is a warm and friendly club, where we care for people, respond to their needs, and celebrate all our achievements with joy and healthy pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of these points is focused on enhance people's talent<\/strong>, give space to their voices and help them achieve new goals, inside and outside the club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
