This digital transformation training reinforces my commitment to supporting companies and professionals through this process of change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this program I have been able to analyze digital transformation from different perspectives and better understand how it impacts companies, their professionals and their relationship with their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The main areas addressed in the digital transformation include:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The company in the digital economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The optimization and application of Artificial Intelligence tools. \ud83e\udd16<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The digital transformation of the customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The technological enablement of digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 Change management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 Different use cases applied to different sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This experience has allowed me to expand my knowledge, discover new tools and, above all, incorporate new perspectives on how to approach the digital transformation of an organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because transformation isn&#039;t just about incorporating technology. A true digital transformation involves reviewing processes, ways of working, customer relationship models, and, especially, developing new skills in people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After more than twenty years working in <strong>communication, training, people development and soft skills<\/strong>, I consider it especially important to continue learning about technology, Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AI is changing the way we work, communicate, learn, and manage our time. That&#039;s why learning to <strong>optimize the use of AI tools<\/strong> It has also become a professional skill that I want to continue developing and incorporating into my training and consulting projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1 And here I find a particularly interesting connection with my work.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because <strong>Transforming an organization is, above all, about transforming people.<\/strong>.
