I would like to congratulate Unit 1 of the Sant Antoni Abat Hospital of the CSAPG for their maximum commitment to enhancing their skills as a team.
During 3 sessions, 100% practicals, we had the opportunity to delve into two key skills for any professional environment: Effective Communication and Teamwork.
We concluded with personalized improvement proposals applicable to the professional reality, which, with great creativity, were reflected in 2 mind maps designed with the Manual Thinking tool.
Why is it worthwhile to train these skills in the Team?
