I want to thank the entire team of sales representatives of BTI Biotechnology Institute their participation and energy during the workshop "The 4 professional skills to boost sales" Tack TMI. Their involvement made all the difference. 🙌 As a trainer, it was a huge pleasure to share learning with you all!
In an increasingly competitive environment, we all need to commit to improvement and enhance the professional skills that directly impact business results.
In this workshop we have selected 4 Key Professional Skills that every professional can train to improve their ability to influence, communicate effectively, and build trust-based relationships. Developing these skills not only improves results but also strengthens the quality of interactions in the workplace.
👂 Mindful Listening: It's not just about hearing, but about truly listening. We train the ability to listen with all five senses, observing both the verbal message and the speaker's body language and emotions. Rephrasing the main message allows us to confirm understanding, build rapport, and avoid misinterpretations that can damage the professional relationship.
❓ The Art of Asking Questions: Remember that behind every question, there is always a specific objective. Well-formulated questions open doors. We learn to design intentional questions, understanding that behind each one lies a concrete goal: to clarify, to delve deeper, to overcome resistance, or to support decision-making. Asking better questions is influencing with respect and effectiveness.
💡 Value Proposition: Using the right words to connect emotionally. We work on how to express ideas and proposals by connecting with what truly matters to the other person. The conscious use of specific words facilitates empathetic connection, strengthens credibility, and increases the impact of the message.
🚪 Managing “No”: We approach refusals calmly and assertively, applying a four-step methodology that transforms “no” into an opportunity for dialogue. The process always concludes with a proactive alternative or solution, prioritizing both the relationship and the outcome.
And what was the result? A triple effect: more confidence, more impact, and more productivity.
What are your most outstanding professional skills?
