What were the 6 priority messages we worked on?

1️⃣ Boosting our self-awareness through the DISC methodology: Getting to know ourselves individually 👤 and also getting to know the team 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 we work with. Where does each person fit in? What are their strengths? Who can we ask for help when we need it?

2️⃣Personalize Customer Communication 🗣️ – Beyond conveying a specific message, we manage emotions ❤️ to positively influence. Telephone communication is our greatest challenge. Our professional voice is our most valuable tool.

3️⃣ Exercising our role as Client Advisors 📢🤝 – Based on the Sandler method, nurturing the emotional connection with the client allows us to go a step further. Truly understanding the client's needs and applying proactivity to improve their business. Asking is key. Listening is our priority. Interpreting, diagnosing. Our experience in the sales world allows us to open doors for clients in terms of audience segmentation.

4️⃣ Results-oriented 🎯 – Set clear goals, based on the customer's pain points. How can we keep moving forward? Look for win-win solutions together with the customer to strengthen our relationship and continue building loyalty.

5️⃣ Resilience and perseverance 💪 – Don't give up at the first "no" and keep moving forward with a positive attitude. Offer alternatives. Create opportunities. Once again, we're advising, opening doors 🚪, and teaming up with the client to navigate the different stages of their business.

6️⃣ Measure customer satisfaction 🔄 – Establish strategic feedback that allows us to link each action to a customer need. And, of course, ask: What more can we do for you, Customer? Are we merely meeting their expectations, or are we exceeding them?
