Your 3 purposes for 2020!

Welcome 2020!

I encourage you to dedicate 3 minutes to select 3 new resolutions that will help us face the new year with renewed Motivation.

Can our 3 purposes contribute to improving our immediate environment?

Of course!!

My personal experience:

Writing down my purposes helps me commit to myself and get excited about new challenges. And sharing them with my people is a way to inspire and motivate action.

That is why I am going to share my 3 wishes/goals for the year 2020:

1- At the Family level: empathize more with my two teenage daughters.

So that? To better understand your inner and outer world. To identify and reflect on your specific needs.

How will I do it? Once a day I will stop to improve communication with them. A conscious and calm communication. A communication that goes beyond words, that goes deeper on an emotional level and is satisfactory for both parties.

2- At a Professional level: Start my book “INTERACTIVE CONFERENCES”.

So that? When writing this new book, I will force myself to research how to improve. I feel very good when I am talking to the public, when I share my experiences and when I answer the questions they ask me at conferences. Therefore, writing about it will help me better master unexpected situations. I will continue learning and enriching myself.

How will I do it? As this is a medium-term task, I commit to dedicating 5 hours a week to the book, between research, planning and writing.

3- Personally: Play padel again once a week.

So that? to clean my mind, stay in shape and enjoy with my people.

How will I do it? Signing up for some classes first to refresh and gain confidence. When I have a minimum level, I will be ready to enjoy the games.

These are my three resolutions for the new year! Three goals that give me energy and motivate me.

Remember that we have to combine different areas of our life. I always recommend including a personal goal that benefits your physical and/or mental health because taking care of ourselves should always be one of our priorities.

Do you already have your three resolutions for the new year? Happy 2020!
